 Dear Rotary friends,
Rotary Greetings!

Congratulations on assuming the office of the Club President of RC Indrapuram Galore for 2019-20 .I commend you as you accept this baton to take forward multifaceted activities of your club with pride and satisfaction.

If club leaders do their jobs with passion,perseverance and persistence,surely our clubs will be larger,stronger,more efficient, more effective and fully committed to the work and core values of Rotary.

The metaphor of Rotary Leadership as a relay race is one we use often,as it so aptly express the nature of Rotary Office. Yet Rotary leadership is not an individual,but a team sport.You and your club members enter this Rotary year together,as part of a team. The team shares the same goal to make difference in the lives of people around them locally and internationally and in turn enrich them

. The Rotarians who have the biggest impact through their service aren't always men & women with the greatest resources,highest intellect,the most experience or the largest networks.They are the ones who are inspired. Whether it was something they saw,or someone they met,they have all had experiences that lit them on fire - and inspired them to serve.

Encourage your club members not only to seek that inspiration within themselves,for having an impact,and motivate them to do even more.Lead by Example ,and Lead your club to make it more stronger than its present.
